My name is Ingri.

 

 


 

At one point in my life I felt stuck and in desperation of doing big changes in my life! My life was a big mess. I found that for years I had followed more what others told me to do than listening to myself, not what was best for me.

 

I started to train powerful techniques based on yoga, qi gong and tai chi. That gave me immediate and life-changing results that helped me deal with challenges we all can face: fears of failing, fear of not beeing liked form others and feelings of not beeing in control of my own life. 

The experience was life-changing for me. I decided to go all in- even as a 45 year old mother to 3 small kids. I felt unstoppable to fullfill my dreams and wanted other people to feel the COURAGE and POWER I experienced.

 

 

GET STARTED

Week 1 Module: Energize and Balance

 

 

In this module, you'll experience:

  • Introduction to the famous Kunda Dance as taught by Master Maya Fiennes.
  • Gentle unlocking and opening of the energy stream throughout your entire body, with a focus on each of the 7 chakras (energy centers) located near your spine.
  • Feel uplifted, achieve balanced nervous system, and energize your body through an enjoyable one-hour dance session.
  • Thorough explanation of each chakra exercise, empowering you to feel confident and capable in customizing exercises that resonate with you, ultimately creating your own version. I will guide you through every step of the process!

Week 2 Module: Relax and Let Go!

 

In this module, you'll experience:

  • Guided Meditation: Immerse yourself in a guided meditation session.
  • Full Body Guided Relaxation: Indulge in a comprehensive relaxation session that encompasses your entire body.
  • Learn to listen to your body's cues, enhancing your sensitivity to when it needs rest and when it needs movement. Understanding this language of your body is essential for avoiding burnout and exhaustion, allowing you to relax effectively!
 
 
 

Week 3 Module: It's All About the Base!

 

 

In this module, you'll experience:

  • Discover the hidden base muscles through specialized training techniques that utilize a unique breathing method.
  • Strengthen muscles that are typically challenging to target through conventional methods.
  • Experience enhanced mental strength, confidence, and achieve a natural, upright posture as you connect with your inner power.
 
 
 

Week 4 Module: Implementation in Your Life and Transformation

 

 

In this culminating week, we bring everything together:

  • Receive various morning and evening routine programs that you can continue to utilize independently.
  • Gain an overview of the movements and exercises we've practiced, along with explanations of how they address various challenges and symptoms you may encounter.
  • Acquire practical tools to navigate daily life challenges such as self-doubt, negative self-talk, anxiety, sadness, stress, and overwhelm.
  • Develop courage, confidence, flexibility, relaxation, positivity, solution-focused mindset, safety, and empowerment with love.

  Week 5 Module:

 

 

 

  •  Understand the interconnectedness between your body, mind, and external energy, empowering you to choose whether these loops are positive or negative.
  • Experience a shift in perspective towards your surroundings, yourself, and the people around you, witnessing changes you never thought possible. When you think and act at your best, you'll attract the best outcomes.
