Go from feeling stuck in life to become UNSTOPPABLE

My transformation:

Transitioning from feeling overwhelmed and trapped in my own body, I found myself unable to meditate, practice yoga, or exercise. Nothing seemed to alleviate the overwhelming sense of being stuck. However, after just one session of transformative movement exercises, I experienced a remarkable shift in energy. Suddenly, I went from feeling overwhelmed and exhausted to smiling and energized. I transformed from feeling stuck to feeling unstoppable! It was as if a switch had been flipped. I realized I could accomplish anything—I felt capable of moving mountains. Encouraged by this newfound energy, I committed to further training. Determined to share the incredible effects achievable through these exercises, I pursued various courses: Yoga For Real Life teacher training, Hypnotherapy and NLP course, and an entrepreneur Master Mind. Consequently, I left my conventional job and launched my own business. Remarkably, I managed to accomplish all of this within ten months, all while caring for three small children aged 2 to 8, without a worry in sight.

Lets move back in time.....my first yoga experience

My first encounter with yoga occurred when I enrolled in a basic course as a 19-year-old student. Prior to that, I had never practiced yoga. During one session, we were introduced to Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation. I recall being instructed to visualize ourselves sitting beneath a tree, observing our thoughts and emotions. It was a transformative experience that significantly altered my energy levels. I was fascinated by the ability to delve into the space beyond my thoughts. The excitement and humility I felt during that moment still resonate with me. However, it also instilled a sense of fear, realizing the vast unknown and untapped power within us. Consequently, I ceased practicing yoga for many years, overwhelmed by its potential.

 Then finding Qi gong.....

In my twenties, I became acquainted with Qi Gong. I attended various courses led by Fan Xiulan and Anne Marie Giørtz in Oslo, where I learned about five element-qi gong, ear diagnosis and the fundamentals of Chinese medicine. Once again, I experienced profound healing and transformative effects on both body and mind through Qi Gong. Despite practicing it for an extended period, I eventually ceased this practice as well.

Being in a state of 100% control of Self

In the autumn of 2013, my journey led me to Thailand where I embarked on my first yoga teacher training at the Sivananda Yoga Center. After just one month immersed in yoga, I returned home feeling profoundly changed. I found myself noticeably calmer and more centered, with a heightened sense of control. The very next day, despite being unprepared and jetlagged from my travels, I found myself delivering a lecture to a large audience. Though I had only managed to catch a few hours of sleep, something remarkable happened. As I spoke, I felt an unprecedented sense of peace and composure wash over me. I connected with my audience in a way I had never experienced before. The feedback was overwhelming - they found me engaging, interesting, and deeply fascinated by the subject matter. It was a powerful affirmation of how yoga could unlock inner strength and provide a sense of security and ease even in the face of challenges.

However, despite this transformative experience, I still lacked the courage and confidence to pursue yoga teaching professionally. Doubts plagued my mind - I questioned my skills, feared being in the spotlight, and worried about my ability to handle unexpected situations during classes. These concerns outweighed any desire I had to start my own yoga business.

Everything changed in the summer of 2023. A discovery of a yoga book on my mother's shelf, combined with the guidance of a yoga teacher and an online course, led me to a profound encounter: KundaDance with Maya Fiennes. That initial meeting marked a turning point in my life, and since then, I've never looked back.

The  7 pillars of my programme:

  1. You possess all the resources and energy necessary within yourself. Utilizing techniques from yoga, qi gong, tai chi, and hypnotherapy, you can awaken your inner potential, power, and energy, empowering you to make changes in your body, mind, and daily life.

  2. To effect change and transformation, you require a certain level of energy and motivation. Therefor its important to start with techniques that uplift, energize and balance you.

  3. Negative experiences and traumas are stored within your body and your mind.
In your body this blocks the energy flow in your nervesystem, muscles, tissue and fascia. It also keeps your nervous system over-activated, wich can lead to burn-out and/or anxiety.
In your mind negative experiences and traumas creates negative thought patterns and limiting beliefs about yourself.

  4. You can alter the pathways of negative thoughts by cultivating a greater number of positive thoughts and shifting negative thoughts to positive ones.

  5. Many individuals have experienced traumas during childhood, whether significant or minor. The earlier or deeper the trauma, the more it becomes embedded in the body. These experiences are often challenging to address through verbal therapy alone, as they are stored in the muscles and tissues of the body.

  6. Individuals struggling to change their thoughts may harbor numerous traumas or negative experiences and emotions within their bodies. Releasing the energy of these traumas trapped in the muscles and tissues can be highly effective in healing the imprints of these traumas. Healing from traumas and negative experiences can be achieved through methods that are easy, enjoyable, uplifting, safe, and gentle.

  7. You no longer need to suffer from past dramas and traumas once you release them from both your mind and body. The energy freed from this process can be redirected towards building good health, confidence, and courage.

It's time to shine!
